NEXUS IN MOTION:
SUMMER DANCE CAMP 2026

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being allowed to participate in Nexus In Motion: Summer Dance Camp 2026, I (the undersigned participant or parent/legal guardian of a minor participant) agree to the following:

• I acknowledge that dance activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strains, sprains, and other bodily harm.
• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the summer dance camp program, including travel to and from the studio.
• I release, discharge, and hold harmless Nexus by AC, its owners, instructors, coaches, staff, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the program.
• I confirm that the participant is in good physical health and has no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation, or I have disclosed all relevant conditions in the Health & Safety section above.
• I understand that Nexus by AC reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation if the participant's behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.
• I agree to follow all studio rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from coaches and staff during the program.

This waiver is binding upon the participant, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. I have read and fully understand the terms of this waiver.
